Quality Priority — Quality is Engineered In
From raw-material verification to the final document package, quality governs every step.
We treat quality as a process, not a checkpoint. Every order follows a controlled flow: incoming material verification against the mill certificate, in-process controls during cutting/forming, independent testing, and a final document package reviewed before dispatch. The objective is simple — material that passes your receiving inspection the first time.
| Stage | Control |
|---|---|
| Raw material | Mill cert review, PMI verification of heat number. |
| Processing | Dimensional checks, heat-treatment records. |
| Testing & Inspection | UT/MT/PT, tensile, impact, hydrostatic as required. |
| Documentation | EN 10204 3.1/3.2, TPI sign-off, full traceability. |
Certification & compliance: EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates as standard, 3.2 with TPI witnessed inspection (ABS, DNV, BV, LR, SGS, TÜV). Sour-service testing (HIC/SSC per NACE) and ferrite control for duplex are available on request. All material is shipped with complete heat-traceability documentation.
A: Yes — our EN 10204 3.1/3.2 certificates and TPI packages are routinely accepted by EPCs and operators including oil-company and class-society requirements.
A: We verify the heat number and run PMI on alloys at receiving, so the physical material is tied to its mill certificate before any processing.
A: Yes — we assemble certificates, test reports, TPI sign-off and packing lists into a single release dossier.
