Quality is non-negotiable in oil & gas, chemical and power projects. We operate an integrated inspection chain: incoming verification, in-process checks, and final independent laboratory testing. We work with globally recognised third-party inspectors (TPI) and can arrange witnessed inspection by ABS, DNV, BV, LR, SGS or TÜV to EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2.
Certification: EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates as standard; EN 10204 3.2 with third-party witnessed inspection. HIC (NACE TM0284) and SSC (NACE TM0177) testing available for sour service. Full heat-traceability from raw material to finished document package.
Approved TPI: ABS · DNV · BV · LR · SGS · TÜV — we coordinate witnessing, documentation and release so your material clears customs and client approval without delay.
A: 3.1 is a certificate issued by the manufacturer's quality department; 3.2 is additionally verified and signed by an independent third-party inspector (witnessed). Many EPC and oil-company specs require 3.2.
A: Yes — we routinely coordinate TPI witnessing by ABS, DNV, BV, LR, SGS and TÜV and handle the full documentation and release.
A: Yes — HIC per NACE TM0284 and SSC per NACE TM0177 can be arranged for carbon and low-alloy steels in H₂S environments.
