Forged flanges and buttweld fittings in carbon, stainless, duplex and nickel alloys — to ASME B16.5 / B16.9 with full certification.

We supply a complete flange and fitting package: weld-neck (WN), slip-on (SO), blind (BL), socket-weld and threaded flanges; and buttweld elbows, tees, reducers and caps. Materials span carbon steel (A105), stainless (304/316L, duplex) and nickel alloys (825, 625) — forged to A182 / A105 and dimensionally to ASME B16.5 / B16.9 / B16.11.

Process & Certification: Forged flanges and fittings supplied with EN 10204 3.1 certificates, PMI, MT/PT and, where required, 3.2 witnessed inspection (ABS, DNV, BV, LR, SGS, TÜV).

Q: Weld-neck or slip-on flange — which?
A: Weld-neck is preferred for high pressure/temperature and cyclic loading; slip-on is economical for low-pressure, low-temperature duty. We advise per service.
Q: Can you match flanges and pipe in the same alloy?
A: Yes — we supply flange, fitting and pipe in matching grade (e.g. 316L, 825, 625) so the whole spool is metallurgically consistent.
Q: What pressure class do I need?
A: It depends on design pressure and temperature; we can help select 150#-2500# per ASME B16.5 for your condition.
