Nickel Alloy Supplier & Stockist — 625, 825, C-276, 400, 20, 31

a focused range of corrosion-resistant nickel alloys in plate, sheet, bar, pipe, tube and fittings — engineered for the harshest oil & gas, chemical and marine environments.

Nickel-based alloys deliver outstanding resistance to oxidation, pitting, crevice corrosion and chloride stress-corrosion cracking. They are the material of choice wherever carbon or stainless steel would fail — sour gas, hot acids, seawater and high-temperature oxidation. We keep the most in-demand wrought nickel grades in stock and sources mill-direct for project quantities, with full traceability from heat number to final certificate.

Process & Certification: All nickel alloy material is supplied with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates, with optional 3.2 certificates witnessed by ABS, DNV, BV, LR, SGS or TÜV. In-house or approved-lab services include solution annealing, PMI, hydrostatic testing and UT/PT/MT NDT.

Industries: Chemical & petrochemical processing · Offshore & subsea · Flue-gas desulfurization (FGD) · Heat exchangers & condensers · Seawater & brine systems · Aerospace & gas turbines.

Q: What is the difference between Alloy 625 and Alloy 825?
A: Alloy 625 (Ni-Cr-Mo) excels in high-temperature strength and oxidation; Alloy 825 is optimised for sulfuric/phosphoric acid and seawater. Choose 625 for heat & creep, 825 for aqueous corrosion.
Q: Can you supply nickel alloy compliant with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156?
A: Yes — for sour-service (H₂S) we supply qualified heats with hardness control and NACE documentation on request.
Q: What is the typical lead time for nickel alloy plate?
A: Stock items ship in 1-2 weeks; mill-direct plates typically 6-10 weeks depending on size and certification.
